I would recommend Aussi hair products, in particular the 3 minute treatment conditioner, it works wonders! If you're looking for a home remedy for dry hair, I know this is going to sound gross but I swear it works! Cover your hair in mayonaise the put a plastic bag over it so it won't drip then get a bath towel out of the dryer, so it's warm, and wrap it around your hair leave it in for about 20 minutes. The results will be soft silky hair.

There isn't a lot you can do to change your hair's texture, but you can improve its condition.

Keep it trimmed so there aren't split ends. Don't shampoo too often, but do keep it clean. Use a conditioner for dry hair. Avoid the blow-dryer and curling iron like the plague. Use combs instead of brushes (brushes damage hair more than nearly anything!) and don't over-comb. Curly hair looks best if it's only combed through once after washing and only finger combed after dry - unless you want an afro. Use a bit of coconut oil or hair moisturizer on your hair to make it shinier and softer to the touch.

Try using a different conditioner every now and again, if you use treseme dont. Its not actually very good on certain hair types. Try using Aussie products, they have lots of different stuff for hair and you can buy them at Asda. Also, before drying or straightening your hair use some form of heat defence spray. I suggest Toniandguy, its brilliant. If Aussie products dont work, V05 is just as good and have different types to suit your hair problem. If you want your hair silky, try making sure its not too thick and bushy, ask your hairdresser to put some layers in or thin it out.

you shouldnt get a chemical hair straigtener, this will dry it out even more. you should try a product from chi, it is called silk infusion. it is pricy but well worth the $$$. don't use too much, it will make your hair greasy. anther good product line is matrix sleek look. you can use this on your hair even if you want to wear it curly, it just helps smooth down the cuticle so it wont be so frizzie. it is also great to use for flat ironing it. just make sure that when you flat iron, you use the iron guard. the whole sleek line is great. you can find all of these products at most any professional salons, but your best be is JCPenney salon. I work there and know that they carry all you need.

Your hair is curly and dry, so? Go out and get a good hydrating conditioning treatment, drink lots of water, once your hair feels good and moisturized, then go out and buy a ceramic flat iron to straiten it, OH and don't forget the product to use before you straiten, something that will protect your hair from the heat., and can also add shine, such as Aquage Beyond Shine.

PS Stay hydrated! and don't straiten everyday!

For dryness there are many solutions. Try oiling and deep conditioning.

For curls just wait for the trends to change or meet a stylist. I love curls though.
