i am 16 and a half year old girl
155.5cm in height and 45kg in weight
is there any chance that my height can increase
any exercises or diet plan that can help

There's a chance you could hit another growth spurt. Best way to help is to make sure you eat a healthy diet with plenty of calcium so your body has the materials it needs to keep growing.

Amino acids and supplements wont exchange your height. you're genetics will confirm your height. besides the undeniable fact that enhance Hormone does have an result on height, yet you wont be waiting to arise with that except you have thyroid issues.

As a girl, I don't think you have much more to grow. And no, I don't believe there are any diets or exercises that help. Diet would affect your growth when you are much younger, but not when you are nearly done growing.

this is an area of debate.

there have been studies of identical twins, seperated at birth, that have grown physically different (height, frame, and weight) due to upbringing. but at this point in your life, i don't think anything you can do will have much of an effect.

i think you should concentrate more on why you're unhappy with yourself. be happy to be you, and don't (thanks, peaches!) compare yourself to some ideal that you think you should live up to.
