ive been chatting to a lad on the net since may,we chatted every single day on the net or we txted eachother,we met up last week and he was really lovely,abit diff from what i thought,but really nice,i already have alot of feelings for him.Im i stupid or can u find love on the net ? x x x x

You don't say how old you both are... I think that does make a difference.
I have met and fallen in love with two wonderful people from meeting them online.
The first is still someone I care very deeply for and will always be friends with. We just had circumstances that made things impossible.
The second is who I consider to be my soul mate. We spent countless hours talking on the net and on the phone before we met in person. I knew without a doubt that when we met for real that we would be wonderful together and we were.
If you feel that much for this "lad" you have been talking to, then continue to talk and get to know each other. If it is right, trust me, you will know for sure at some point!

I would have to say yes... I am completely in love with this guy I met online... The only thing is he lives in another state... We have talked on the phone and computer everyday for 6 years... We have decided to meet.. And I can't wait cause he means the world to me.. I am a little scared that once we meet things will be different but I just have to meet him...

I did. My sweetie and I have been together for 8 months. It IS possible but just take steps to protect yourself. When you first meet the person, make sure someone close to you knows where you are going and always go some place very public. Good Luck.

i wouldn't say a NO directly, coz i know friends who's even married to guys/gals known on the internet, but their cases' different, they played an RPG online game with good reputation, and they held regular meetings & had met each other for quite a few times before going on single dates~
and i think you've heard about enough news of internet frauds of girls taken to bed by force etc... in extreme cases in my locale, a girl was even locked up for weeks as sex slave before she could contact her parents to find the police to save her...
i'm not saying that everyone's bad here, but you really gotta be very very careful hon!

Well I think you just answered your own question.Why not.I think it could be better because you get to know them before you see them.To see a person frist can change everything. But the other why you get to know them before hand.As long as they are honest.

Sure why not, happens in weirder places, walking into the wrong bathroom drunk, walking your dog, getting gas, crashing into her car, etc.
