I assume you mean, in a recipe, and you're not going to pour it over your wheaties or start feeding it to your children. The answer is yes, but only in small quantities. If it asks for more than 1/4 cup, I think I'd go to the store or borrow from a neighbor. Good luck.

yes but if you are going for fat free you may want to try the fat free version of non dairy
