I would only be thinking about finding someone willing to join you both in bed, I would not be worrying about nationalities. I guess the main thing to look for is a strong sexual recovery, maybe they will keep you up all night ;-)

Don't worry about nationality. I would go on adult friend finders and browse the ads. Find you a well hung stud and invite him over.
