I think you're asking the question because it tastes better when toasted, and you associate better taste with more calories. Otherwise, the answer is obvious - if you don't add anything to it during the process of toasting, the calories will, of course, remain the same.

There is a difference between Thermal Calorie than actual Food Calories. Hot foods do have more thermal calories then before it was heated. There should not be much difference in the actual food calories though.

no, the caloric content is the same regardless of temperature. the cooking process may add or reduce calories, ie if some fat drips off during cooking, or frying added fat (dont deepfry a sub though)

I dont think it really matters.
The only time it really makes a diference is when you are gooking meats where some of the fat is cooked out.
