The girl I went out with the other night took me to her place and we began having sex. We were both pretty drunk, and she passed out halfway through. Is it wrong that I went ahead and finished?

Is this a real post? The correct answer is yes it was wrong to go ahead, but very few if any guys could or would have stopped especially if drunk. Personally I think you are a semi-shitehead for doing what you apparently did. I sure hope you used protection....if you didn't, you are a total shitehead. Just remember that it is not always easier to ask for forgiveness instead of permission.

Yes. It's called RAPE. Passing out does not equal consent. The fact that you were both drunk enough for one of you to pass out shows that both of you were not thinking clearly. You took advantage of her and the situation.

However, I think what you do now, after raping this girl, will define your character and not the misguided, fateful event - come clean, confess and explain your side to her and ask what she thinks. Hopefully your honesty will be appreciated. After all both of you put yourselves in this situation.

Yes, she can call it assault if she wants to. She was obviously too drunk to be aware of what was happening. And if she fell asleep it must mean you aren't as good as you think.

no, i don't think it was wrong. i mean she consented to begin with, right? however, someone once told me that if you have to ask the question "is it right or wrong" it's probably wrong for YOU. see, somethings might be wrong for one person, but not another. take drinking for instance. it may not be wrong for you to drink because maybe you can handle it. but as for myself, i'm a recovering alcoholic/drug addict, with 4 years clean under my belt. needless to say, it would be wrong for ME to drink. all i'm trying to say is maybe, if you are feeling convicted about it, clear the air. talk to her, or if you believe in God, talk to Him. that's what always makes me feel better. kinda puts my mind at ease.
