I don't think there's a quick way to do it. I faded mine over time drastically by using pure vitamin E oil nightly on my scars--I have a really bad one from ankle surgery and it's faded to the poing you really have to look for it--and it was a frankenstein scar in the beginning! Good luck!

After 8 surgeries, I can attest that Vitamin K (cream form) does the trick! You can find it under the label "Vita-K" in most drugstores. It may say for spider veins, bruises, etc., but get any variety- it still has Vitamin K in it. Rub the lotion in the direction of the scar. Good luck!

Vitamin E, if you get the capsule and poke a hole on one end and squeeze the oil out and put it on all day (let it dry in between applications) or you can just buy the vitamin E oil in a bottle. Good luck

don't use mederma whatever you do, it doesn't work because it just peels off when it rubbs against your clothes and it's expensive.
