Eat something with whole grains in it. (special k bars are great) It will give you energy. You can also take a muti- vitamin!

All energy comes from carbohydrates. Sugar is pure instant energy. Vitimins and supplements do NOTHING to give you energy!! A balanced diet will provide all the vitamins your body needs.

A B complex. Vitamin C, Zinc, Potassium. Basically, get a good multi-vitamin.

I have found that Omega-3 which can be purchased at GNC stores is a good source. Also try a drink called 5 Hour Energy. I personally know that works.

Personally I take a women's multi plus a supplement for iron since I'm so low in Fe.

B12 - it is excellent - I am usually slumped over my computer by 3pm but it somehow gives me energy without having me bouncing off the walls.

Grape seed is wonderful. You can get it in oil form or in a capsule. It is also excellent for your immune sysytem.
