i do not like driving on hilly roads, in bad weather, etc. what about the people. are there jobs to be had and do they pay decent wages. i need pros and cons, please.

I moved from Denver, Colorado to Johnson city TN 7 years ago .
It was the best thing i ever did only because i have kids and it is a better enviorment to raise them then the big city. I can tell you that the people are very nice , there are jobs but they dont pay as well as you are probably use to. things are a little different here so really think before you make that big move. hope i helped a little
