As hard as it seems, you need to stop calling him. Chances are you will not hear from him again. He keeps using the same excuses and you keep falling for them so he has no need to come up with any other excuses. I know this is not what you want to hear but you aren't hearing what you want to hear from him are you? Best to let this fish go, expecially if he can't afford to spend time with you.

My only advice to you is not to put the plane ticket on you credit card because he may never pay you back & when he does arrive he jus may not see you. Trust it does happen because it just happened to me. Drop him like a dead weight. It will take some time to get over it but you will and find someone in town. It's always better to have your booty close to you than far away. Keep your head up.
