I feel a little anxious, I don't eat too much really. I just need something that mkaes me loose weight fast, what can i do ?? What can i use ??? I don't have too much time ofr exercise..

Please help !!!

That was really mean of him to say that. If he was concerned about your health, the concern would have taken an entirely different shape. Looks to me like he's being judgmental and even if you do lose weight, he'll probably find something else to put you down for. It's a reflection of his own low self-esteem, and not about you. Whether you "dump him" or not is up to you; but I do recommend at the very least very strongly letting him know that putting you down is not okay--ever. If he insists on doing so, then you probably will want to choose being around someone who helps you to feel good about yourself.

If you want to lose weight, of course, I am sure you know all about the combination of diet and exercise that is the only way to lose weight in a healthy way. Try to get involved in something fun (sports, team games, jazzercise, etc) for exercise. In addition, be sure to steer clear of fad diets and to eat a balanced diet (fruit, veggies, protein, and complex carbs). Experts say that a pound a week is a healthy goal for losing weight: that means it will take you 10 weeks to lose 10 pounds.

You can lose a good 200lb just by dropping the ignorant dumb f**k who called you fat!!!

However, I like your idea....it would kind of be great to see the look on his face, when you dump him. He will be sooo gutted and that alone would be the biggest reward. Maybe, rather than actually losing the weight, you could just buy one of those slimming suits or a corset. Just pretend you lost weight and then dump him, he will soon regret calling you fat, when he finds he's lost you for good and it is definitely his loss, not yours! Take care and good luck : )

The best way to take weight off fast is with diet and exercise. You will have to make time for exercise if you are serious about this. I need to add that him calling you fat was mean and hurtful and you didn't deserve it. Why wait to lose 10 lbs. to dump him do it now!! BTW...I don't care if your gay

Join weight watchers. No kidding. I joined April2, and I've misplaced 12 kilos. it's pretty cut and dry, buddy.

calories are body fuel. the calories that dont get used eventually become weight. (this is a pretty simplistic way of putting it, but you know what i mean.)

so, if you take in more calories than you burn, you'll gain weight.
if you burn more calories than you take in, you'll lose weight.

so, the obvious answer is lower calories, increase exercise. the best way to lower calories is watch what you eat. cut out the junk food. no fast food, no candy, no ice cream. dont make up some strict diet that you'll fail at, which will only make you less motivated and more likely to give up. you know yourself - do what will work.

then, burn calories whenever and wherever you can. take the stairs. walk places. dont take shortcuts.

you can do it, just stay motivated.

Lose the boyfriend and don't wait to lose 10 lbs first! C'mon, we all know how catty you gay guys can be. If he's already being verbally abusive, don't you think that he'll drop you in a heartbeat if a cuter guy comes along and gives him the "come hither" look?

Your relationship is history. Dump him and find someone that will treat you right, girlfriend!

Gotta go with the majority here.....the best way to lose your excess weight is to dump the boyfriend.

Only worry about those 10 pounds if they bother YOU. There will be plenty of guys that won't care about them, they are the ones worth going out with.

You might think about trying this book called "The Movie Star Diet" by Steve Simmons. It helped me lose thirty pounds in 2 1/2 months when I didn't think anything would work. My goal to begin with was only 20 lbs! It has a really easy plan to follow and an excellent workout to use as well. And yeah, when you lose the weight, lose him, haha.

Don't try to lose weight fast - you will just take off water and muscle which isnt good. Just try to incorporate more fruits and vegetables into your diet and drink more water. If you drink non- diet soft drinks, cut them out and you will definitely lose weight.
I would say you need to lose your boyfriend fast.

There is only one way, and I mean ONE WAY, to lose weight....the great secret is to move (exercise) more and eat less..I've lost 61 lbs so far this way. Starving yourself only causes it to be harder to lose weight. My recommendation is to get rid of any man that is that fixated with how you look.
