OMG, that's disgusting. I think the dirtiest thing I have ever done to a hotel room is allow my children to eat cookies while sitting on the floor. They made a HUGE mess with crumbs and whatnot. Also, one time my son poured out the entire contents of my mineral powder all over the carpet. It left a huge spot on the carpet. ETA: To the person who said she makes the beds before leaving the hotel room, you should NOT do that. Unless you make sure to leave them in such a state that housekeeping can tell that they were actually slept in. I was a housekeeper for one summer at the Holiday Inn in my town and we were always told to just leave the made beds alone.

The best deli sandwiches/subs you can find. Not those little crappy meat/cheese/white bread things. There has to be a deli near you somewhere. Olives, a loaf of French bread and cream cheese. Chips and store bought hummus or salsa? Sushi or salad from the supermarket deli section?

When I had to do the same thing for a few days, I'd get a hot pizza for one night, and have cold pizza the next couple days.

You could do wraps with tortillas, as they don't need to be refrigerated. Cheese & crackers...Tyson makes chicken breast that is already seasoned/cooked/sliced in the freezer section. Just let thaw in fridge and add to salads/wraps. Single serving tuna is a good idea. Or run by Walmart and get a hot plate and open up your options.

Buying some pre-made croissants and making sandwiches on them is a good idea. Also, crackers, cheese and a stick of salama or kilbasa. Anything like that.

consider having salsa and chips one night
