The doctor says, "I see. Take these pills and come back next week."
The next week the lady goes back. "Doctor," she says, "I don't know what the hell you gave me, but now my farts -- although still silent -- stink terribly."
The doctor says, "Good! Now that we've cleared up your sinuses, let's work on your hearing..."

OMG...that is 2 damn funny! lol Yeah i think this lady i work with needs to read this joke but take it seriously. Yesterday she ripped one when we were in the meeting with the CEO of our company. She just sat there drinking her water and looking around like nothing happened. We all tried to keep from laughing but the CEO gave us a break so we could collect ourselves and so the room could air out! lol....it was like a fog...Granny needs some beano!
