Me and my ex are talking right now as friends and I want to ask her back out to give it another shot... I just don't feel comfortable just popping up the question but I really do want to get back with her... what should I do, what should I say to her?

Just keep the "friend" thing up for a while, if she wants to go out again she will ask you.
If you ask her too soon (and what is too soon is hard to determine) then you will seem desperate.

well u also gotta consider how she feels?? who in hell set this friend standard thing? if she did then she may not wanna get back into a relationship with u, if u did then maybe its time to pull the curtain buddy and tel her how u feel. if u guys are on the same level that u kno of then it should be easy to just say "hey, i really think we could make things work, how about giving it a second try". thats all it is

Dont do it buddy. Never ever go backwards, if it didnt work the first time what makes you think it will work this time? Theres so many other girls to choose from out there why go backwards?

lead she on a savenger hunt...and hide a card asking her back out in a box or candy of roses of something...
be different....
