My stomach rumbles when im not even hungry. Its loud too and always happens when its dead quiet. Help

you could try to eat something small to give your stomach "something to work on" so it doesn't rumble anymore, it could also be you have alot of gas passing through your intestines, this would causes the same "rumbling" noise, but an entirely different problem. This would be based on the foods you eat and changing your diet may alleviate some of the gas.

How about keeping some saltines with you? Just a couple crackers could probably calm down the rumbling without ruining a diet. Just a thought.

Drink lots of water!! Your body is saying you need it. Don't eat if you're not hungry, the body will sometimes confuse hunger for thirst.

do what i do just drink plent of water,its the safest and best.help clean your system.dont think of eating to stop the rumbling,.good luck honey.

u r evidently not drinking water properly. don't drink water with ur food, drink it about 20mins after ur meals.
and everytime u have a craving or the timings of ur meals is going haywire--drink a glass or 2 of water.
