There was a religious lady that had to do a lot of traveling for her
business, so she did a lot of flying. Flying made her very, very nervous,
so she always took her Bible along with her to read as it helped relax her
on the long flights.
One time, she was sitting next to a man. When he saw her
pull out her Bible, he gave a little chuckle and smirk and went back to
what he was doing.
After awhile, he turned to her and asked, "You don't
really believe all that stuff in there do you?"
The lady replied, "Of course I do. It is the Bible."
He said, "Well, what about that guy that was swallowed
by that whale?"
She replied, "Oh, Jonah. Yes, I believe that, it is in
the Bible."
He asked, "Well, how do you suppose he survived all that
time inside the whale?"
The lady said, "Well, I don't really know. I guess when
I get to heaven, I will ask him."
"What if he isn't in heaven?" the man asked sarcastically.
"Then you can ask him," replied the lady.

Good one I like it!
Don't tell me we have a Christian among us with a sense of humour?? Very refreshing!
Whatever you do don't give me the points, I'm atheist!!
This may appeal to your sense of humour:-
Two guys were travelling together in the desert, one kept telling his religious friend "There is no God, I cant see any God, So how can there be a God"??
The religious guy eventually got really annoyed at having to listen to this for hours at a time, and finally cracked!!
He picked up a large rock and hit his friend on the head with it a couple of times!! His friend yelled "Stop, I am in great pain"!!
The religious guy said "What pain? I can see no pain"!!
Not bad from an atheist eh??

A smile brings upliftment, and I am grateful for it. It is a gift that we so often take for granted.

If only everyone could make the effort to help someone else smile.

If only we could recognise that have all been given gifts and that they actually were blessed to us, rather than trying to come up with some silly logical scientific answer with no grounds other than human ego.

I think that people who refuse to believe that they have spiritual connections to Above reduce their opportunites of not only making others smile, but themselves too.

If we do the good we can and as little harm as possible then we have a better chance of reaching heaven when we pass over.

Evereybody has had spiritual experiences. It just depends if your sensitivity recognises them.

Stop and think, when something happens that you know happened but cant explain it. That is Spirit.

Angels work all the time helping us with so many things.

Try to listen more rather than talking more.

Peace

The problem is most people do not know WHERE The Kingdomof Heaven is.

It is the place you go at night when you dream - it is a place of spirit - that is the Kingdomof Heaven.

You can actually control to what parts of Heaven you go to - it is a technique called: "programming your sleep", where you can talk to God and He will reply in the form of a dream that night.

For example, if you want to know where heaven is, just ask :
(say this outloud before you go to sleep at night)
I WANT TO GO TO HEAVEN.

Then go to sleep then watch your dream that night - you will be in Heaven without the inconvenience of "death"!

Ha ha.... she's saying that the guy is going to Hell for not thinking that a person could survive inside of a whale.... ha ha, that's so funny AND persuades me to turn to Christianity.

*ahem*

Right.

It is by grace we are saved through faith, not of works lest any man should boast - the Bible says.

Humility is a virtue that this woman completely failed to display. I hope she realised that and strove to overcome that weakness in herself, whether through God's help or otherwise.
