Mexico...maybe Puerta Vallarta. Mexico is cheap, fun and has very inexpensive shopping. April is a great time for Mexico, although it is around spring break time. I was married in Cabo in April and it was absolutely beautiful. The most expensive part of the trip would probably be your airfare, but you can get hotel and air packages that incl. transportation to and from the airport. Plus some resorts are all inclusive as far vas the food and drinks go. Good luck and congratulations. Ps, try Suntrips packages

Vegas.you can sometimes stay at the Sahara Hotel for about $40 a night. We got married there and it was just fine.

i dont know where you SHOULD go, but DON'T go to Florida at this that time of year. That's the beginning of their high season, and you wouldn't be able to move for all the tourists.
