My computer clock is set to the right time, but my Outlook messages and meetings show an hour earlier. Why?

Check your daylight savings time settings, and your clock time zone settings.

Similar thing happened to me - any appointment I was accepting that was sent by another user would show up an hour off, it was because my time zone was set to Pacific instead of Mountain.
