What does that mean
I have a one bedroom, apt nice kitche, 2 sink bathroom and a Nice deck. It's not a dump, and I'm much cleaner than most women I know.
Women always say this is nice for a single guy. What does that mean?

Don't take offense, it's actually a bad way to say, you have a very nice apartment and it's very clean. See most single men are very messy and have no instinct of how to be clean. My husband for example would live with moldy dishes and dirty laundry all over the floor if he weren't married to me. Before he met me, you could not even walk in his dirty place. Dishes stuck under the couch and dirty laundry every where.
So honey, it's just a compliment, your not like most men... your clean! Have a great day.

Exactly what it means!!!!....That its a really nice apt........believe or not some guys are messy and don't care about keeping there apartments clean.....just like some girls....it's a bit of double standard....Take the compliment.....and try not to be offended that sometimes both men and women are under one "category" it's not your fault....it's the guys with filthy apartments that have made it bad for you....lol.......when a girl sees that a guy doesn't keep up with his home...it's makes him look like he doesn't care......

They might be saying it as a compliment. I have seen guys appartments that have underware in the corner, and beer bottles everywhere (my brother in law is not the neatest). I have seen guys have naked girl pictures on their bedroom walls. What woman wants to look at that (unless it is fine art). They might be impressed with how nice you keep your place. That is how I would take it.

It means that while it is clean it doesn't have a lot of character to it. It isn't is a great location (no view most likely) and your furnishings are guy oriented. Basic without a lot of frills.

Because the majority of guys are not that clean conscious and it is a good surprise to find one that is. You should consider it a compliment.

Typically single guys are not neat... so she may not have wanted to stroke you ego tooo much. So she played it low key so you would'nt get all excited about the compliment.
