Im sorry
You need to get him to a vet if you cant or have no money to do so
Call the ASPCA they will put him down
Just dont let him suffer, its cruel
If you show up at a VETS office with him they will not turn you away.. he is in need of care and its a mortal injury
Please take him somepalce or call somebody he is suffering horribly!
Meanwhile Put ihm a dark box carboard with a blanket close the lid so he cant try to fly.. the dark will help calm him. Make sure its not air tight.
Also you might trry puttng some water by his mouth as he prob cant put head down to drink either
You gotta get ihm help!

take it to the vet immediately!!!! poor dove. its almost christmas. you need to get him well by then so he can rejoice in the spirit of the holidays. Try to blanket him up in a warm towel (run warm water over a small towel and wring it dry) which will calm and soothe the poor bird. Do that in the meantime. Now bring him to the vet or take him to somebody that will! Good luck poor birdy.

Some areas have people who take in wounded or orphaned animals? After you see the vet, and you do need to see a vet, ask him if there is such a shelter in your area.

if it was broken it would be dead - more likely has a problem with its vestibular centre in the brain (from concussion or infection) this causes loss of balance control - results in twisting, rolling and inability to fly.
take it to the vet - most likely it would be kinder to put it to sleep

I'm sorry but the only cure for this bird is euthanasia it will never heal. and then confront the person who sold you this bird and get your money back, that is if the bird was in this condition when it was sold to you.

Its neck is not broken - it may look that way. It has an infection of the inner ear - please find a vet and get it treated. Its suffering.
