What I have so far:
Get the wiggles out:
Take, as needed, breaks of at least 20 min. outside. even if its just a walk to a corner or around the block, mail box

Give them a break:
Turn off tv when nothing worth watching is on or video game when they're getting frustrated (my children sometimes protest this but the next thing i know they're finally playing with their toys) they'll use their imagination to have adveture or make up songs. ahhh...(my favorite)

Have easy snacks ready:
Like fresh fruit, canned fruit, cold cuts, cheese, crackers, pudding, juice Popsicles

Satisfy Hunger for knowledge:
Have a book shelf with childrens books near by for reading breaks

Be close by:
Move computer neer a door or glass door even window. If you have a large home set up a video monitor

Want to help:
Bring mom phone, piece of paper share somthing you come across (need a lot of help with this one)

Them First:

When I worked from home my daughter was just born, but as she got older I could not work from home anymore. I started out by taking her to daycare a few hours a day and then found myself doing things I could not get done with her at home. Finally I got a job outside of the house. Children do not understand work.
