In my family we call all of my parents cousins "Aunt and Uncle" but technically it would be second cousins, I guess it depends on the age of your son if he is 16 and your cousins are 16 he probably won't want to call them Aunt and Uncle, But if your son is 8, and your cousins are in there 20's or 30's or older, it would be safe to use Aunt and Uncle, also you can ask you cousins what they prefer! good luck

Second Cousins, But if like my family and they really close to you they can call them uncle or aunt. Depending how much old your cousin are.

Second cousins.
I have a cousin that is older than my father, it's my father's oldest brother's son. So he's my first cousin, and his children (which are my age) are my 2nd cousins.
Yeah, it's weird, the "cousins" are the age that aunts/uncles would be--I called my cousin "uncle" until I got older, now I just call him by his first name. Hey, he IS a cousin after all! And "Cousin Larry" sounds weird.

2nd and 3rd and so on cousins.
your siblings kids are your sons first cousins.
your first cousins are your sons second cousins.
your aunts/uncles are your sons great aunts/unlces
people call them all kinds of things. im 23 have 4 yr old cousin that calls our 42 yr cousin aunt, because she is so much older

Your brothers and sisters would become aunts or uncles to your son.
Your aunt or Uncle would become great aunt or uncle to your son.
Your parents would become grandparents.
Your grandparents would become great grandparent to your son.
