You can't. But if she's faking it, it's because she wants you to be happy. So just ensure it feels good to her, and she won't ever complain. So much of a woman's orgasm is mental, there will be times when it's just not going to happen for her. As long as she enjoys your touch, it's okay.

yeah you really cant tell. But in all honesty we fake it because either it just isnt going to happen...or youve been doing all the wrong things down there and now it just hurts. AND reaaaaally how would you prefer to end a little sex session, screaming and sweaty and feeling accomplished, or with her going "alright chap off you get.. that was like f*cking a potatoe.." ??

It's not as difficult as most women would like you to believe..
A few things to look out for.. muscle contractions in a certain area,much wetter in her private area, a faster heart beat and possibly flushed cheeks.
If none of those are present she's probably faking.

you cant really tell. but the only way to prevent that problem is to make sure that you are doing your job and pleasing her as well, cause some guys only care that they get their own nut and not worry about the female, and they wonder why women fake it.
