Most of the time woman's intuition is the most powerful thing God gave to us. My gut has never done me wrong. My gut told me when my husband was cheating, my gut has guided me through some very tough decisions. Honey... intuition is a wonderful instinct, go with how you feel. All we can do is live and learn from out expediences in life. Good luck!!

I don't think you are really insecure. I used to do this to my boyfriend and one of his girl friends said she loved him and obviously i was PISSED to say the least but he showed me the other messages so i could understand that it was sarcasm. I felt pretty dumb for accusing him but i have done this multiple times anyways. I dont think you are completely wrong but sometimes when you think something is going on it isnt. She does sound like she is being a little sketchy but instead of acusing her you might want to have a serious talk. I know personally it is a lot different situation if you have a serious talk then if you just say are you cheating?? Just tell her that the family you have is very important and that you hope she wouldnt screw that up for anything because it means a lot to you. Im sorry for your position that really sucks. But honestly if she doesnt shape up you should leave. it is only going to hurt you in the end because if she keeps pulling stunts every couple years it will get old and you will not be happy. Good luck!!

You know, my initial response was going to be NOOOOOOO! But as I was writing all those O's I changed my mind. Why not? If some body part be it a gut or an elbow or even a toe is telling you that someone cares for you then why not listen? Believing that someone you love cares for you is a wonderful feeling, enjoy it while you can.

there are much better ways to figure it out then going with your gut. Does he treat you well? Does he do little things to make you feel good? Those are the things that you need to look at. However, if he yells at you, blows you off, but you think that deep down he cares for you, it is a bad omen. Don't stay with someone because you think they care for you or you are trying to change them.

Yes it is! My best friend was dating a guy online and trusted her gut that he was cheating on her! Guess what he was dating 3 other girls! And if she wouldn't have trusted that she would have been wasting her time with some stupid jerk online who never really cared about her! But if you suspect a guy is cheating don't try to expose him or say "Are you cheating on me?" just say "We need to talk." But if you're wondering if a guy LIKES you just try to get to know him better! Like act like a friend and show him your personality! And then it will just unfold like magic!
GOOD LUCK!!!!!!!! <3 <3 <3

I am not so sure. It sounds good in theory, but I've done it before and it has led to humiliation (on my part) i.e. thinking someone liked me when they didn't! Although on the contrary, the gut instinct was formed in Primal times to protect humans and our 'judgement' mentality allowed us to judge quickly to protect ourselves! Think carefully!

ALWAYS TRUST YOUR GUT. More than your friends, family, co-workers. Your gut is your natural defense and intuition, and it has served women well for centuries....since we were just cavewomen. TRUST YOUR INSTINCTS...forever.

I usually don't listen to my gut, but it's almost always right and i kick myself later for it.

That, and analyzing his behavior and what he says to me. Both work together. I don't trust one over the other too much.. but logic definitely helps...
