I have a college degree, and a full time job, but my field does not make a lot of money. Would it be wrong if she offers to pay and I let her? I make about 25,000 and she's pushing 50,000-60,000 a year. What do you think? I dont want to tell her that I dont have money but she's making me broke!

I am female and have dated lots of men who did not have as much dispossible income as me. I have also dated men with more, in some cases much more and even then I offered to pay. This is 2006, talk to her and let her pay or another option is try to spend more time doing things that don't cost money. If you need to buy her love it may not be the right relationship. If she is real high maintenance and you plan on continuing your present career, she may not be for you either. Give her a chance, tallk to her, it may even end up better because it will show your honesty and she may be very okay with the whole "new deal"...today is different than 20 years ago. she needs to open her wallet along with her heart..don't be afraid to be honest and stop spending so much!!!! good luck.

Does she know how much you make ? If she doesn't you should talk about it and if she does you should also talk about it. Tell her your concerns. Communication is the key to solving any problem.
