We get Ladybug and we like it. Are there any other magazines for preschoolers (not parenting magazines) that we should consider? It seems too early for Highlights because my preschooler is not quite reading yet. Please let me know what you like about the magazines you get for your children.

Chirp Magazine. It's Canadian (like me). For ages 3 to 6. Then move up to Chickadee (ages 6 to 9) -- then Owl (ages 9 to 13). My kids enjoy the magazine.

there are tons out there and my children and i have tried several
the series that begins with humpty-dumpty, then to turtle then to jack and jill
sesame street has one
highlights and their new one for ages 2-6
zoobooks
playmate/playmate jr
national geographic has one
sports illistrated has two
and several others check out your local newstand and maybe find some local ones
and check with your local librarian she can let you and your child check out any ive listed and maybe even give you a few more.
favorites with my three kids were turtle and jack and jill, zoobooks, and highlights
and be sure if you order one or more make them addressed to your child--they love to get mail
