1 one mega ton nuke in a bunker with multiple levels of steel armor and concrete down to a level of 2-300 feet all doors locked from inside and would be 6' thick armored steel, this would also have usual 1st class surveillance systems to watch my perimeter. I would then notify the govt to stay away or I will detonate my nuke contaminating all of New England. I would also notify the media of this decision so everybody knows where everybody else stands. That should keep people off my property except who I want on my property.

You want to put 20,000 well trained soldiers in an area just over 3 square miles of unobstructed flat grassy land? Gee, I'd say you better by body bags and pay for funerals because we in the army call that a 1) target rich environment 2) a nice sized kill zone. $5 billion would make a lot of nice funerals.
