So the story of the week is that Britney lost over 25 lbs in 1 month. I know this is unhealthy, but how did she do that? Does anyone know? I'm just curious.

she gave birth? you know 7-8lbs for baby, 2 lbs for placenta, 1-3lbs of fluid, 1lb for breast if she stopped breast feeding (or never started) so there is 15 already, then she only dropped 10lbs of actual weight in a month by eating healthy and exercising. (most women gain at least and extra 8-10lbs of just weight (blood volume + fat) while pregnant and lose it after wards. just a thought.

She goes to the gym two to three times a day, and burns about 500-700 kcal per day. And she has several personal trainers and motivation coaches who make sure she doesn't snack. Also, she has a personal chef who cooks low-fat, low-calorie, low-everything food. Honey, everyone could lose 25 lbs a month when you have 10 people making sure you're not doing anything else besides dieting!

Its not all that unheard of since her weight was all from being pregnant... When you are preg your body holds onto water, and food and then when you are NOT pregnant anymore, your body starts to release all the extra water and body fat it stored for being pregnant... So saying this is unhealthy is NOT true. If she went back to eating healthy and working out 25 lbs is probably the majority of her pregnancy weight. All she had to do to lose her weight is eat around 1200-1500 calories a day and work out for about 45 mins a day 4-6 days a week. I do this and Im 110 lbs 5'2 and in the best fitness of my life.

The first month after a baby comes is actually the easiest weight to lose, because it mostly water weight. Nursing is the best way to shrink your tummy back to it's pre-pregnancy size, and I imagine she's probably working her butt off in the gym. Also, she's young, and it's a hell of a lot easier for a younger gal to lose baby weight than an older one.

She is breastfeeding and gave birth. That is a normal weight loss under those circumstances. I lost 40 pounds in one month that way. Especially if she retained water in last months of pregnancy, she'd be slimming down fast.

It's very unhealthy to lose weight that fast but I read that she runs 1 hour in the morning and does 45 minutes of strength training at night. and also, she prob has a personal chef cooking on the best foods. it's called dedication. and she's got it. i hope she gets back to her old fun self again and drops the federjerk!

She had to have a personal trainer, a personal nutritionist, a personal bodyguard to maek her stick to the program and a clean schedule of time to be trated like she was in boot camp

Whether it will stick is another matter, as that is too great a weight loss in too short a time frame.

The personal trainer was a big help, but I'm sure as all the other Hollywood kids are, she's a big cocaine or other hard core drug addict.
