Take the eggs out and freeze the curry. You can always boil some more eggs when you want them. Better than eating rubbery eggs.

yes you can. They do go rubbery though but if it is small bits of raw egg then it shouldn't matter. (just remember that none of your other ingredients must have ever been frozen before). One can actually freeze raw eggs provided you crack them and separate them.

no, hard boiled eggs will not freeze.when they are thawed the will be rubbery.
