Probably the Culinary Institute of America at Hyde Park, I believe.
Not sure where Johnson and Wales is.

well since you said nycity i would have to say the NY restaurant school... but i am a graduate of the Culinary institute of america and i say this is worth the 1 1/2 hour trip out of the city... and it is beautiful in hyde park.
