Having no money really puts a lot of stress on the couple. Some are in denial about this, but it's reality.

Having too much money can make one give into temptation a lot easier, especially insecure people.

SO, it kind of depends on the people involved. There is no easy answer to that.

Money has nothing to do with having a relationship. Wether you have it or not, the real relationships come from the love that two people share. Having money can help, but not having money is where the true love comes in.

Money doesnt really matter. Too many couples fight over financials because it does put on a strain. For the most part, weve had no money and we never fight over it. Theres no point. If it isnt there, it isnt there. Been married 18 yrs and its a great relationship.

It depends. Having money helps because it is one less thing to fight about (presuming it is a serious relationship, this is more in the "marriage" level).

But having money, is only one of a myriad of differences that "could" potentially cause an argument.

Mixed religions or cultural backgrounds (this includes race but is much larger than race, two people of the same race but of a different culture still have a different culture and different ideas in general due to the difference in culture, where two people of different races brought up in the same culture might not have any issues).

Political ideas and philosophies.
different education level,
Different stage of life,
different type of job (travel job or artistic job vs. stable job)

Lots of different things come up. Rather than think of each one as a huge issue, think of each one as "one less thing to fight about". A couple may never fight about that issue, but in general couples do so there is the possibility.

Financial security and stability is important in any partnership. You can't run a business with no money, nor can you raise a family with no money. Not having $10 for diapers isn't romantic. But it's also important to know how to budget and manage money, no matter how much/little you have.

Money should not have nothing to do with a good marriage or a bad marriage.I married my man for who he is.Funny enough he was scrapping up change to buy me cigarettes a few hours before we exchanged vows.Life has got better with money but I would still love him without money.

They last longer when the love is still there whether they have money or not. (Except in my case - my parents don't get along because my mom has all the money!)
