Booster seats tend to be cheap i.e. below £30 so generally they dont do any replacement parts, better to buy another booster seat, get it off ebay if you dont want to pay full price.

check out the website of the manufacturer, you can usually find replacement parts on line,
if it's too expensive you might try making your own,
