Because they often have white blazes on their faces and the same dilution that causes white patches and blazes is also responsible for the pigment of the eyes.

It is far more common to have a blue eye or two blue eyes if they have alot of white on their face. It is similar to albinism because it is a lack of melanin, but it is only in certian areas of the body.

That is why you can have pups from two huskies who had blue eyes (or one blue eye) come out with all brown eyed pups. The iformation for blue eyes isn't being carried in the genes directly, but in the signals of the cells pigments on how far to spread that pigment.

The pups with the same pigment patterns as their parents would have blue eyes, but any pups without lots of white on their face would have brown by default.

This can also happen in other breeds with large patches of white, like border collies and dalmations, and often if the white extends to around the ears the dog is likely to be deaf.

The same reason only northern Europeans are the only humans that at one time, before cross-breeding had blue eyes:

Mutation of the gene that causes eye color.

it could be that there skin tone could be based on melanin as the human body is when humans have small amounts of melanin we tend to have blue eyes like myself for example but if you have more melanin you tend to get brown eyes this also applies to skin colour as well

Cause they're all out of brown. No, it has to do with doggie genetics.
