Ok, I've asked this before but heres the backgroud. I started going out with my ex after she had split from her ex husband for a year. They lived in seperate houses, however he still paid half the mortgage of her house as support money for their child. After we had been seeing each other for about 2 months, he found out about me and being a jealous type, decided he wanted to release his capital in the house and sell it. It was a hard time but we loved each other and we stayed together for a furthur 3 months. But during that time he menatlly abused her to the point that she told me one day she needed to split from me to enable her to sell her house and break the strangle hold that he hand on her. So I have not contacted her in three months and I'm aware the house is nearly sold. I want to contact her to try and start our relationship again, We loved each other, and now that this tie is nearly gone, I want to get her back. How should I do it?, I care so much about her and the child.

For the question about why she sold the house, and split with me, basically he was threatening all sorts of stuff and the type of person she is, shes a pushover. He also hit her on one occasion too during this. She just wanted to break that tie with him.

The guys telling you forget it have never been in love have they? She may have made the split to unclutter the situation and spare you the hassel, but there could have been other reasons of course. The time might not be right just yet to get back together. Send her some flowers (corney I know but us girls love it!) and a note asking her to get in touch when she feels the time is right for her. But don't wait around forever, she might have used the ex husband as excuse to get out of a relationship she didn't want.

why did she have to split from you to sell the house? when you own a house with someone but separated and the child lives in the house then she can get something called a Misha order which basically means until the child is 16 or she remarries/ lives with someone then the house can't be sold UNLESS she agrees.
Are you sure this woman is being honest with you?

Tell her (yes contact her) you love her so much you were willing to take a back seat to the entire situation, but you would like to know if she wants to reconcile.
If she seems wishy washy about it , the answer is probably No and she doesn't want to hurt your feelings, , you may want to offer the easy way out so it wont drag on and on

You should contact her and let her know your thinking about her and that if there is anything she needs that your there for her...Reminder her how much you appreciate her...
