Because muslims are the latest pet darlings for the PC crowds and the muslims know it and will squeeze it for all they can get, just like blacks do with the ACLU. The entitlement crowd.

We have two Muslims at my work, they come to the Christmas party every year. I should note however, my workplace has Hanukkah and Ramadan observances as well, and most, if not all participate. They're a great way to show respect and to learn a little more about each other. And yes, they are allowed and do pray at work, so do the Christians and Jews as they see fit. I am quite fortunate to work for a progressive company and should let you know I am in Canada.

Some Jews don't have a problem with that. I used to work for one Jewish lady who might just fire you if you said Merry Christmas to her. It had to be a Holiday party, or Winter party, or End of Year party. I know she's not the majority, but she was in charge.

In order to respect everyone, why don't you call them "Holiday" parties? Then you can also celebrate Kwanzaa, Solstice, Ramadan etc. and be INclusive instead of EXclusive.

Depends on the Muslim and on the Jew. I have also seen the reverse be the case.

I don't know this to be true but if it is true, maybe it's because it's Christmas is not the only holiday in December?
