Use frozen eggs within one year.
Eggs should not be frozen in their shells.
To freeze whole eggs, beat yolks and whites together. Egg whites can also be frozen by themselves.
Refrigerate leftover cooked egg dishes and use within 3-4 days.

To freeze uncooked eggs- lightly beat them, add a 1/2 tsp of salt ot every half dozen eggs to prevent from thickening, pour into freezer safe container, seal & date. Can freeze up to 1 year. Or just freeze eggs whites in ice cube trays and transfer them to a freezer bag.

I recommend NOT freezing hard cooked eggs b/c they will develop a leathery texture, and they will be tough and watery when defrosted.

I also do not know the answer. I would like to freeze egg salad, but I'm like you. I don't know. I'm going to the food network and ask what they think. If I find out more information, I'll try to get back to you.

I don't know about boiled eggs but you can freeze raw eggs by breaking them into a bowl, adding some salt, and scrambling them. I put them into a freezer bag and freeze them for use later in baking or frying. If you put two eggs in each bag, they will be easier to use in recipes.

Freezing and then eating eggs would be a REALLY BAD IDEA.

Unless Salmonella poisoning sounds like fun.

sure the two can consume a demanding boiled egg. The birds can cope with the shell nevertheless on the egg for the further calcium, i wouldn't likely propose it for the dogs although. however the egg would be a great source of protein for the two.

(and why wont yahoo let me use the word c0ck? i was refering to the male of any bird species)

They don't turn to mush, per se, but they're really watery and don't taste very good. I'd throw them out.
