Yes, all vegetables have carbohydrates. However, most of the carbohydrates in cauliflower are from fiber, which is very healthy for you.

Yes, but most of the carbs are fiber so not enough to worry about. Cauliflower is a low-carb food, so munch away.

Very Little - when I was on atkins I used cauliflower as a substitute for "mashed potatoes" and mac and cheese

yes..around 5-6g per 100g serving

3-4g if cooked...not too many carbs
