It can, but you two are in very different places in your lives. It will take lots of communication and understanding on your part. She is so much younger then you (not to make you feel old, sorry). Just remember what life was like when you were 21. Times have changed quite a bit. It's harder now. So, just keep an open mind a heart. Don't pressure her to do anything. It will give her parents and close friends more of a reason not to be with you.

Maybe for awhile. My hubby (soon to be ex) are 20 years apart in age. Never seemed to matter for about the first 15 years, then is was all down hill. Interests change, body changes, needs change. Everything changes, and then what???? Think it over carefully.

Why not? If you are on the same page and she is mature enough to respect what and who you are and visa versa. you can make it work if you want to,
When there is an age gap, you must remember, there are going to be things that you really differ in. music, video scene, socializing and partying.
If you are both in the same space, way to go..
If it is chemistry, keep each other company until you both decide to let go.

Doesn't hurt anything to try. Is she ready to settle down yet. 21 yr old females like to party and drink alot. Unless she doesn't, All I can say is give it a try. You both should be on the same mental level though.

If you want it to and she wants it to. It can be done. That used to be the way back during the turn of the last century. It was common and done all the time.

I know it will. The biggest problem is third parties trying to get her to leave you.
