the physical stimultation required to achieve orgasm and the orgasm itself ar enot dependent on how you get there. So from a purely physical viewpoint, sex with another person and masturbation essentially produce the same result.

However, and this is a big however, ther eis a lot mor eto sexual activity than the mere physical side of it. There is a whole emotional side, the mental stimulation and all that which comes into play. In fact it is that mental side which can even make mutual masturbation feel way better than solo.

So, in the absence of a brain yes masturbation in private and sex with partner are identical. But otherwise not.

They are too totally different experience's, and they are hard to compare because of that.

Not to mention everyone experiences both acts in different ways, some people prefer one over the other, others like both equally. Me I am a big fan of sex, it gives me way more then masturbating does, and there is just something great about having someone else to please too.
