Blend the egg in a clear glass bowl with a whisk or fork, and pour half of it in another clear glass bowl. You will have to eyeball it. You can put the bowls on a flat surface, a counter, and measure with your eyes, or use two clear small glass measuring cups, but the egg really won't make much difference in your baking if there is a little extra. Good luck Hun!

Break the egg into a cup, and whirl it around so the yolk is broken and mixed with the white. Approximate one half and use in recipe. Add the rest to a soup, your breakfast tomorrow, or stir in a stir fry or casserole. Or just chuck it.

I accept as true with Kim under. Yep, wreck the egg right into a measuring cup, beat it. Then decant in ordinary terms a million/2 the quantity on your recipe. prepare dinner the different 0.5 in the microwave oven as scrambled eggs and function it on a slice of toast.

Just use a small egg, most recipes use large eggs, remember the egg isn't ever exact in its measurements, the little extra wont hurt.

put the egg in a small bowl, whip it with a fork and then use 1/2 so you'll have both the same amount of white and yolk!!!

Many a time I have cut a recipte in half. You can't cut an egg in half, so just go with a small or medium egg. You will be fine.

Place the egg in a vice, carefully so as not to crack it. Get a small hacksaw with a very sharp and clean blade. Carefully saw the egg exactly in half. Use 1/2 for your recipe and you can either discard or freeze the other half.

Voila'
