I got something that I hope can bring new ideas to your tables. I've been Muddling drinks for some time now and I think its just fantastic it gives you so much creative room. Muddling is squishing fruit, spices, herbs, or essences in a Pestle and Mort-or method but using a glass instead. Combining that with a simple syrup, Alcohol, ice, juice, and a garnish. I'm sorry I can't give you twenty recipes. But here is one
Its called Berry Blaster
Tools: pint glass Martini equipment Mort-or or Muddle Bat

Ingredients:Simple Syrup (waster and sugar boiled together)
Vodka, strawberries, blue berries, raspberries, Lychee juice, apple juice.

Directions: 1/4 cup of each fruit and put it in glass. Take the Muddle Bat and squish fruit not violently but vigorously pressing the fruit against the side of the glass. Do this until it is all squished up then add 2 oz. simple syrup , 3 oz vodka , 1 oz. lychee juice , Put ice in martini shaker and shake lots pour in tall big glass to fit it all top with apple juice and one of each berry. serve with large diameter straw.

you can do so much with muddled drinks adding herbs like mint to mojitos or freash pineapple to a pina colada.

Flaming Irish Coffee:

* Use a large wine glass.
* Rim the glass with a lemon and dip in sugar.
* Pour a splash of Bacardi 151 in glass ( 1/8 shot ) and swirl around.
* Carefully light the 151 and a cool blue flame will come from the glass. Turn the glass while the flame burns and watch it carmelize the sugar on the rim. After about 30 - 40 seconds of this, sit the glass down and cap it with a coaster to put out the flame.
* 3/4 shot irish mist
* 3/4 shot kaluha
* 3/4 shot bailey's
* fill with coffee and top with whipped cream

The show with the flame will get the attention of other patrons and they will all start ordering them! Great drink!!!! Charge about $8 - $12 depending on the bar you work at.. Good luck!

my two favorite drinks to make are what i call a grand margarita and a double chocolate martini.

grand margarita (has many different recipes under this name, but this is mine)
1 1/2 oz pure 100% agave tequila (not jose cuervo)
3/4 oz grand marnier
3/4 oz disaronno amaretto
2 oz sour
squeeze one half of a fresh lime
shake well, serve over ice with a salted rim
put a lime, orange flag in the drink

double chocolate martini
you need a warm glass (don't chill like you would for other martini's)
put powdered sugar on the rim
line the inside of the glass with hershey's chocolate syrup
mix...
1 1/2oz vanilla vodka
1oz godiva white
1oz godiva dark
1 oz cream or half and half
1 teaspoon powdered sugar
shake and strain over chocolate in glass

I love the Blue Motorcycle and the Poisoned Apple (which I'm sure you have both heard of, but I'll post the recipes I have on here for those who haven't)/

Blue Motorcycle (It's like the cooler, hipper brother of the Long Island Iced Tea)

INGREDIENTS
2 cups ice cubes
1/2 (1.5 fluid ounce) jigger vodka
1/2 (1.5 fluid ounce) jigger tequila
1/2 (1.5 fluid ounce) jigger rum
1/2 (1.5 fluid ounce) jigger gin
1/2 (1.5 fluid ounce) jigger Blue Curacao
1 dash sour mix
2 fluid ounces lemon-lime flavored carbonated beverage
1 slice fresh lemon

DIRECTIONS
In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, combine the vodka, tequila, rum, gin, Blue Curacao, sour mix and lemon-lime soda. Shake vigorously to get a frothy head on the drink. Pour the contents of the shaker, including ice, into tall bar glass and garnish with a slice of lemon.

Poisoned Apple - sometimes we'll add some Goldschlager or some cinnamon schnapps and make it a 'Spiced Apple'

INGREDIENTS
1 cup ice cubes
1 fluid ounce vanilla flavored vodka
1 fluid ounce sour apple schnapps
1 cup lemon-lime flavored carbonated beverage
1 dash grenadine syrup

DIRECTIONS
Fill a large glass with ice, and pour in vanilla vodka and schnapps. Pour in the lemon-lime soda, and top with a splash of grenadine.

I hope you find just what you are looking for! Take care :)

A drink that was wildly popular in the 1920s and is seldom seen anymore (because it's a pain in the patoot to make) is the "Blue Blazer." If you're willing to take the time it's a showstopper.

I used to make something I called a "Melonball".

In a pint glass packed with ice, put
1 shot Midori
1 shot Malibu
Fill almost to the top with pineapple juice
Float a little bit of cream or half and half on top.

It's really pretty and VERY delicious!
