Home cooked roast gammon in pineapple juice, with new potatoes, green beans, peas, and cauliflower, with pineapple rings lightly cooked in brown sugar.
Home made apple pie and ice-cream to finish.
P.S. I am the man about the house who enjoys doing the cooking! My favourite place is in the kitchen preparing good food.
