Whiteheads (millia)are masses of sebum and dead cells caught under the skin and because it doesn't have an opening its very hard to remove it! Usually they are removed at the salons by professional esteticians with a lancet( don't try to do it home, you can damage the skin and even you can infected!).Try using products with glycol acid ,that helps to exfoliate it ,and to prevent other breakouts.
