If she has everything then just take her out just the two of you.

take her to a movie maybe to get a manicure or just out to lunch

do something that you'll both have fun doing

she'll love that more then any present you could give her.

I discovered a neat gift idea a few years ago and everyone I give it to is delighted and intrigued. I have given it to rich people and have observed them looking at it continuously after receiving it. It will normally only cost from $5 to $25. Go to an antique magazine shop and buy a magazine from the date or month of your grandmother's birth. When she reads the articles and advertisements of her early life, she will be amused and entertained. Hope this helps!

The best gift would be a gift of your time. Spend time with her, cook her a meal, take her to the movies or out to dinner. That is the gift she will appreciate the most...

Take her for a walk in a park somewhere or do some kind of activity with her. I bet she would appreciate spending time with you rather than collecting more stuff that she isn't going to care to much about.

I would take my grandma out for lunch and a movie and a walk in a park.

Something meaningful like a mothers ring, or grandmothers ring in this case. These rings would have a small birthstone of each grandchild.

Make her a scrap book full of pictures of her, you, and all of her family. Decorate it with all types of glitter and designs.
It's something homemade, from the heart, and it's something that she really doesn't have.
