if you've got a lot of makeup on (like actors wear for stage makeup), then baby oil works great, just put a few drops on a cotton ball and rub, then wash face as usual. but if you don't really have that much makeup on, then any normal face cleanser would work fine.

Well I only know this answer because I use to help 'drag queens' get in and out of 'drag' they use a lot of cover up and to remove it they use baby oil and a dry wash cloth. I have never seen them use Vaseline.

Yes. Baby oil was in use long before make up removers were invented; it works well and it is inexpensive, but please test it on some hidden area first, before you apply it on your face, just to make sure your skin is not sensitive to the brand of baby oil you bought. Good luck!

I am sorry but I would not use either of these products to remove anything from my face, I would recommend Models prefer make-up remover it comes in a duo and costs approximately £12.00 for the duo, you don't need to use a lot so it really goes a long way and is much better for your skin.

Vaseline is easier to control, but both are excellent for removing waterproof makeup.Follow up by washing with Cetaphil facial cleanser ( I'm quite a fan of this product!) ,then a light moisturizer.

KEEP IT REAL!! :-)

Either would remove oil based make up - use whichever feels best for you. Baby lotion as opposed to baby oil is lighter and works well, my mum used it for years.

Yes. I personally prefer vaseline becuase its easier to control and doesn't sting. I like to put it directly on my lips or eyes and use a cottonball or tissue to wipe it (and the make up) off. You can just as easily put baby oil on a cottonball and wipe.

I never use that stuff to remove my makeup.

I have heard oil works for waterproof mascara. I have used Noxema to remove makup, which works really well.
