I hate to burst your bubble(s) but:

Canada's not the wide open wildlife most USA residents still think it is... In fact, it is becoming more overcrowded and polluted every day with every single available piece of land being bought and transformed into aprt complexes they are calling "condos"....

Also, our medical system is becoming less and less positive; thanks to our government (Steven Harper, the nazi) we are beginning to see our medical system which used to be amongst the best in world slowly turn into that of the USA: private, expensive, and non-equal treatment for the people.

Basically, we (Canada) may not be the prime target for possible terrorist activities, although many terrorist groups have mentioned some cities in Canada (mainly Montreal) as a prime target for future "examples" to be made....

Cheers

I just switched from "All English Answers" to Canada only because I was so fed up with the ignorance, racism and Pres. Bush bashing. The questions here are like a breath of fresh air. I wouldn`t want to live in the US

The US is better. I've been to a lot of Canada and loved it. Maritimes especially. But I live in Arizona, which is the best state in the best country on God's green earth. I can jump in the Toy 4X4 and in a couple of hours I'm in the middle of nowhere. Not that BC isn't bad. Been up in the Kamloops and fell in love with the place. But I also like the advantages of living in a big metropolitan area. So basically it's the Phoenix area surrounded by a whole lotta empty country. Terrorist-free for miles and miles. As far as Canadians go, in their heart of hearts, really down deep, so far down they won't even admit it to themselves and they get REAL mad if you ask, they all want to be Americans. Except Quebec, of course. The rest would like to become part of the US. Come on, admit it. It's true. And we'd love to have you. I mean, you're already "Americans" in the technical sense of the term. Part of North America. So if Meech Lake goes through, welcome to America my bruthas and sistahs! Way cool, eh?

Canada. My brother lives in the States and wants to move back here, to raise his kids here. Reasons? Here they will become fluent in a second language ( French) in the States you will only learn Spanish in selected States that you live in
The food, restaurants in Canada cook a lot more healthy, not so much fried food.
The threat or terrorist is not really present here in Canada.
Or course...the beautiful winters!!

CANADA FOR SURE! The US is having too many problems with terrorists right now, and with the rise in medical costs, Id rather live in Canada right now too.

Canada all the way! In states their own people can be their own worst enemy! Those extreme right wing guys who blew up that government building in Oklahoma or that cult group in Waco, Texas. They have enough of their own weirdness.

Canada! Only and always!

The only reason we need the US's armed forces protection is because they keep pissing off the rest of the world and we just happen to be their neighbours. If it wasn't for their foreign policy we wouldn't need their "protection".

I'd rather live in Canada too. I don't think it is as dangerous here as in the US. They are seeming to offend everyone these days.
