Anything cardio!
Try a stair-stepper for your legs.
Crunches and sit-ups for your tummy.

how old are you? Running would not be recommended if you have any joint problems because of impact with the ground, plus it doesn't really exercise your arms. I would recommend you swimming. It exercises all of your body (arms, legs, back and abdomen), is gentle on joints, and is great for heart and lungs.

Are there and Curves around you? Or someplace similar? A lot of gyms now have 30 min circuit training workouts which are great.
