procrastinating and saving things are TWO different problems... you would be considered a hoarder that procrastinates LOL anyway I have the SAME PROBLEM I have things from way back when that some people would consider junk. ( old letters from my firneds in high school and etc.. ) I found a way to organize so I didnt make myslef feel like all this old crap is overwhelming me. Organize however you want, as far as text mesages, if they mean that much to you start keeping a journal with the date time, msg and the person who sent it to you so you can always remember it, besides when you no longer have the phone or service, you will no longer have the messages... your going to have to do somethign with them sometime.. hope that helped....

Make a list the night before of everything that you would like to accomplish the next day. Make sure that the list you make is reasonable and one that you will be able to accomplish. Then think of a reward for yourself, this too needs to be within reason. If you complete everything on your list you get the reward. Example: You've been putting off cleaning out your closets and cupboards. Put clean out 1 cupboard and 1 closet for your list for the next day. If you finish both of them, then you'll get the reward of spending 1 hour on the computer that evening.I know it sounds childish but it really does work. The more specific the better.

I used to be the same way. What cured me of it, and mind you it was not easy, was this. Take the things you hoard and put them aside. I used a closet. If within 30 days I did not use them, or seek out anything I put aside, I forced myself to give it to the Salvation Army, Goodwill, or just threw it away. It's hard at first, but once you get in a groove, it becomes easier and easier. You just have to make yourself stick with it! Then, before you know it, you'll be able to delete those useless old text messages!

My maximum suitable suggestion is make 2 copies in simple terms make one which is powerful and purchase a secure of a few variety or exchange your password on a daily basis or each and every couple of days. positioned the living house artwork it is incorrect interior the conventional spots which you gain this she will have the skill to locate it. confirm that no longer each and every answer is incorrect yet a minimum of 70- eighty% it is. perchance in case you have an exceptionally good chum talk with them and notice approximately taking the finished initiatives over there and characteristic her or him convey it to college for you in case you believe them to realize this. do no longer enable the copies variety to a lot out of your normally happening artwork in simple terms dumb it up slightly. So as a exchange of an A undertaking you're watching a C undertaking. she will have the skill to start to ask your self why you're transforming into the greater effective grade and it will some how floor the way it does not make any on the grounds that because of the fact she has been coping all your artwork. believe me this is going to arise or she will have the skill to understand that she needs to %. up the slack. you in simple terms could desire to be greater sneaky. It helps in case you have an exceptionally good chum which could help you. i'm hoping this works for you. No reason she could desire to get the reward of your no longer subject-free artwork. good success hun.

Saving stuff isn't being a procrastinator. The definition of a procrastinator is someone who puts things off. You are more like a pack rat. You like to keep everything.

I understand and I think I know why you do this. Do you look back at the stuff and feel loved and wanted?? I do this--When I am depressed or lonely I look at emails I have reciecved and I feel better sometimes. You can keep things as long as you need to but I suggest when you get bored with the message or you don't look at it for a while--say 1 week--get rid of it.
