I kinda have a weird situation. My husband has a cold sore right now on his lip, I have never had cold sores at all in my life either! But anyways... I woke up this morning with a red rash looking thing on the areas that he kissed that night. It started off on my neck area ( a bunch of red bumps ) then like a couple hours later my chin and lips broke out... Its like where ever he touched I have this awful looking rash thing. I have two blisters on my lip that hurt, and I know these arnt pimples at all. Does this sound like it can happen? This can spread to other parts of the body... its just weird its in the spots that he kissed, and no where else? Please help me out here.
Oh btw, thats the only places I have them. Im not worried about anywhere else... like gential herpes or something. I just have had these on my neck and face for like a day now.

Cold sores spread, it is a type of herpes. It is able to spread just as regular herpes. And once you get it, you never get rid of it from your body. You may not always break out, but it is dorment, like regular herpes. You should be careful, it is a pretty serious disease. Get some Abreva and you should be fine. Plus, it can spread to your genitals too, so wait til it is gone to do anything like that. Good luck!

Oh he should never kiss you when he has them and certainly not when it is in the contagious stage. You can get them other places and it sounds like you do have them. I hope for your sake not. Don't drink after him or kiss him again until they are cleared up and you may start getting them now. They do have a contagious stage.
Ask your doctor there is a prescription medication that helps clear them up faster and helps settle the pain a little. (It is exspensive though).
